Don't know,was refused a room because I had 3 dogs,unpublished limit was 2,they even knew that I had 3 dogs beforehand did not mention the limit untill I tried to check in,josh the desk manager told me to find another hotel

Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, way too firm. Bathroom was very small. Towel rack fell off the wall the moment a touched a hand towel. Room was clean. Shuttle was convenient, and quite a few dining options surrounding the hotel, though all of the hotel restaurants advertised are closed other than the breakfast buffet.

I will say the room was clean and the shower water pressure was fantastic.. The bathroom was as small as you can make it... Didn't care for the spongy pillows... The added $10 a night parking seemed like a ripoff. The breakfast buffet we looked at and immediately ran away!!

The hotel room was clean, & the staff was great. You can buy snacks, drinks, and mostly everything you need if you forgot something in the lobby. The one downside that I didn’t like was in the room you could not open a window. If you’re doing a longer stay mine was 6 nights, it started getting pretty stuffy in there even with the fan constantly running. Other than that it was a great stay and i would recommend!

The distance to the parks was very convenient, which was the best part of our stay. However, our room felt old and not well-maintained. We also found cockroaches in the room, which was extremely disappointing and concerning. The breakfast was okay, but it could definitely be better in terms of variety and quality. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel needs significant improvements to cleanliness and upkeep.

The staff member upon arrival our first night was just rude and not friendly at all. The next morning we went to check out the breakfast and decided against it and as we were walking out a man asked us aggressively if this was the Rosen International, we told him no. We passed the front desk with the worker who was sitting watching the interaction who just said no and shook their head. I suggested they tell the person instead of a person who was not registered to be there walking around asking potentially posing a threat.

The Rosen Inn was a very convenient hotel to stay at during my Universal trip since it offered shuttle services to the Universal theme parks and there was a lot to do in the area.

This hotel is a basic hotel which was perfect for what we needed. We hired a car so this location was perfect to get to universal and Disney. If you don't have a car then don't fret, a shuttle bus can be booked (first come first serve) or the local bus stops virtually outside the hotel to take you to city walk.
