Beds were super comfortable. I thought I was sleeping on a marshmallow. Rooms were good for being a budget friendly hotel. The breakfast was free that's all I really have to say about it. It was boring and could use variety.

The first day that we got there, the cleaning lady opened the room without knocking while my husband was laying in his underwear on the bed. We stayed from Thursday to Tuesday we had to come and grab towels every single day our room was clean only on Saturday and we made a big deal on Monday because we came back at 4 PM and nothing was clean once again. Bedsheets were only changed once. The dryer that I have used, I had to spend over $20 to keep drying the clothes over and over again because it wasn’t working at all. I was promised to refund and I never gotten it. The cleaning lady was absolutely rude when we approached her nicely in the hallway to see if our room was next due to some reason our room has been not cleaned for a few days, she kept them arguing with us that it was clean. We had to come to the front desk to ask for a shower job to ask for some napkins to ask for towels. I am so disappointed because I did read reviews before I booked and it seemed like their own people wrote those reviews because there’s no way in hell. In the hotel smells absolutely like a complete chemical because they paint walls pretty much every day there.

The Hotel was a bit run down black mold around the window in our room. Windows did not open and condensation was continually around the window. Air conditioning was very noisy and extremely old looking. As for the location it was near all of the main attractions and restaurants.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s very close to Universal with plenty of dining and shopping options available nearby.

The hotel is outdated and smells. The shuttle to/from Universal only runs 2x per day at very odd hours before the park opens. The breakfast was lacking and very crowded with no one managing the food. The front desk also goes without a human managing it at at various times.
