So the place used to be a Super 8 and has transitioned to the current ownership. We had several big issues that they fixed as fast as possible. The staff did a great job helping resolve the issues. Our first room, the shower didn’t work. So they moved us to a different room the next morning. The next room was very short-lived. The next room had a weird smell and then we discovered there was mold on the floor. At this point the hotel was completely booked so we couldn’t get a room until others checked out later that day. We got the next room, it was clean the shower worked but the heat did not. The temperature was down in the mid 30s that evening, so it was freezing in the room. While we were at the park the next day they fixed the heat. After that adventure, the first few days, everything was great. If you were looking for a cheap hotel that you only plan to sleep at and spend the rest of the time outside of the room and this may be for you, but you do get what you pay for.

Hotel let us check in after usual check-in time due to our flight being delayed which was very much appreciated! Stayed 5 nights and did not do much more in the hotel than sleep but there were consistently fresh towels whenever we came back and the room was clean. Would recommend for doing Universal on a budget because it is very much in walking distance from CityWalk

None of the Amenities I paid for where available. The front desk area looked like I was in a crack hotel. The first room I was given had no working TV or Refrigerator. The Second room we could not close the bathroom door because it was getting stuck at the bottom and I did not want to break it. Horrible experiences.

First, when I arrived my reservation could not be found and it took over 40 minutes to check me in. The room was not maintained. The shower drain backed up. The shower wouldn't turn off all the way and dripped all night. When you turned the sink on bugs flew out of the drain. Room did not even have a trash can. beds had small square half pillows.

hotel was dead. no vehicles. hardly anyone, looked like it was closing down or someone bought it???? the super 8 signs were covered. hotel very old. but not too bad. floor need to mopped. definitely needs to be refurbished. okay though for the price in the area.

I never got to stay here. Upon trying to check in, they could not find my reservation. And overall did not help me figure out any solution. All they said was that it is no longer super 8 and they changed management companies. So therefore the reservation was never actually made for me. I reached out to orbits trying to get a solution from someone over the phone, that didn’t get anywhere until I was texting chat support and they told me I would be able to get some compensation for a new hotel. It was difficult trying to get a hotel at 3am as everything was sold out. I had to sleep in my car that night. I appreciate the gentleman who tried to help me over chat. I think there should always be updates for reservations and inform people about any changes so things like this don’t happen.

The only thing I found Good about this property it was the price which I understand why it was so cheap. These place needs a renovation, repainting, better customer service, and overall clean better than rooms. They only person that was nice at the property. It was the cleaning lady.
