Good location and the resort is beautiful but half of it is under construction, limiting access to some restaurants. The rooms in the princess resort are due for an upgrade as they are dated. The staff is beyond incredible and try to make your stay a pleasant one. The food was alright!

Property was beautifully maintained and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, everything we ate was delicious and there was so much variety. Would definitely go back.

When we booked are reservations they did not mention half of the hotel was under renovation. We got to the check in and was told we cannot use the kids water park and other parks. They wanted to charge us $1,800 per night just so we can have access the parks. Extremely disappointed the is the only reason why we booked with them, so that our kids can enjoy the water park. Than they asked us to do a tour for 90 minutes of the place with no obligation of becoming members yet they immediately got mad because we wanted no part in that. By far the worst vacation my family and I have experience.

Reservar en un restaurante no vale de nada estuvimos 10mns antes y nos sentaron 45mns despyes y eso porque fui hablarles la comida nada gourmet es como si sacaran del lunch y lo calentaean en la noche muy en desacuerdo hay gente amable pero tambien en el buffet de la mañana no muy cordial

Things I like: The food was great and staff are friendly. It's exciting to see different animals around. Very friendly transportation staff. I like the french restaurant and the grill house. Good customer service before arrival. (e.g. send email before check in). Nice kids water slide. Things I don't like: • Many misquotes in the resort and my families have gotten a lot of bites. • There was half of the areas under renovation and it wasn't notified the visitors ahead of time. • The beach area wasn't too clean and have smell. • Only half of the restaurants were opened. (e.g. 4 restaurants v.s. 9 restaurants) • It's hard to make reservation to restaurants • Room facilities were not the greatest. (e.g. AC did not work properly (too cold and can't turn down), toilet can't flush properly) • Poor internet in the beach area and around the pool areas that's a bit far away from the check-in counter. • internet is unsecured. I am afraid of using the internet. • kids activities weren't too exciting.

Internet was horrible, the food was okay. There wasn’t much to do because many activities were closed and/or wasn’t offered anymore. The beach smelt horrible and out of 9 restaurants, 4 or more were closed. Many personnel made fun of us or talked sneakily to each other. Some were rude, some were super nice. Not coming again and wouldn’t recommend. 6/10
