Definitely great for the price. Loved the two pools (although I didn't have time for them with frequent activities). Only 3 blocks away from 5th Avenue (Quintana Avenida). This was a very cozy hotel, the rooms were very nice and the garden view patio felt like we were nestled in the heart of the jungle. The people at the front desk were very helpful with our luggage and with getting my TV remote to work. They also let us drop our luggage early so we could go visit Tulum!! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent staff most beautiful boutique hotel everything is very well thought out from the building to all the knick knacks and furniture. Extremely quiet right across from a huge Park and I was here at Christmas and over the New Year's and very very beautiful with Christmas decorations in the park. What to say a special thank you with the bartender that's up on the pool side on the roof and ask for Pablo he's got the greatest story to tell you

Great stay for a few nights in playa del carmen. Very central in the city. The only place I’ve ever stayed in Mexico where the air conditioning was too good! The breakfast wasn’t great (very limited choices from a menu) and alot of stairs. Not a problem for me - but definitely could be for some (especially as an elevator was out while I was there). I’d definitely stay again.

My stay here was satisfactory. It was comfortable, easy accessible, clean, convenient, and put together. My room was great it had a balcony that had a view to the pool area (which was green and relaxing), had more than enough storage area, the bathroom was clean (the shower head could have been wiped and the water pressure wasn’t all that, but it did the job keeping me clean- just asked for them to clean it. No big deal. The associates were helpful just not very attentive. All three pools were all clean! Where the hotel was located was perfect walking and travel distance to everything. I would recommend this stay.

The property is cozy but don’t expect an updated hotel. There is no AC in lobby or hotel areas, only in the room. Close to main plaza and 5th avenue. We had loud neighbors. Would be nice not to hear the bed hitting next to my wall.
