We had a window facing a wall :( so we did not get any daylight at all. Water pressure in the toilet was really bad, multiple times it did not flush at all. staff was very helpful and friendly which was the only thing we really liked. Pool was kind of cold. There are water coolers on each floor which is also helpful since you can’t drink tap water here.

The staff were excellent! We had issues (hot water and no safe), in our first room and they went out of their way to fix the issues. When this was not possible they moved us to another room, which was good. We so appreciated their help, friendliness and hospitality!

A lot of comestic fixes needed and safety as far as pool ladder not screwed completely and rusted Hotel room needs a lot of of cosmetic fixes the pool kitchen are isn’t open and the rooms and pool area don’t look exactly like the pictures the pictures are from when they first opened which is false advertising not bad stay for 1 night

Needs a small fridge! Otherwise great!!!

A very good stay for a quick solo trip to Playa! The hotel was well-situated for my purpose of going there. I would highly recommend that a bar fridge be placed in each room! It would hold water, juice and a few drinks. No kitchen facilities are alright for a quick trip but water is a must. I would use this place again if there was a small fridge in the room.
