It was on the smaller and quieter side, there was only a small sports bar in the evening which meant you had to sit and drink with everyone who was drinking at that time. Other than that, the bartenders at the main lobby was AMAZING rooms were cute/clean staff were friendly

All in all it is a great place to stay. Location is great for Cancun, playa del Carmen, Cozumel, and Tulum trips. Food was not bad, and edible, wildlife is abundant which we enjoyed. The privilege upgrade to us wasn’t worth the extra. We would visit again but most likely explore other resorts first.

We booked with Expedia and requested 2 double beds but were given a king but we got the building we requested (we had been before and needed a building that wasn’t too far from everything) Restaurants don’t take reservations and there was an hour wait one night but other than that we like this resort. It’s small and clean

My husband and I traveled for his 70 th birthday. We rate this hotel a 10/10 . Food was delicious , staff was friendly and we truly just enjoyed everything. Shout outs to some very special staff KENDDELL- was pool entertainment. He remembers everyone's name after meeting you only once . TIGER at the main bar was so fun and gave personal attention. Also at main bar OCTAVIO , Jorge and Yovannetti. Miquel at pool bar was so fun . PILAR who booked our dinner on the beach with a show . She was so friendly and we chatted and fun with her the whole week . Our housekeepers were efficient and our room was always made up with fun animals lol . Only complaint is people reserving chairs at the pool by 6 am and never in the spots almost all day . One other complaint was bell hop when we left the taxi ride back to airport , the sign said 55$ and they told us we didn't understand the money conversion but we showed them on the phone and they couldn't answer us . We took the ride but didn't tip over the 70 $ . Best place would go back and would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel . 😁
