Everything is amazing. The food was top-notch to cleanliness was on point Ronaldo with the room service was always on time. The service was always great with Louis in the sports bar. And Tiger was the fast, fun and always smiling bartender behind the lobby bar! Cleanliness was great. Enjoyed the whole mood and atmosphere the activities at the pool were fun. And we really enjoyed the foam party at the pool bar. Can’t remember everyone’s name, but all the bartenders at the pool bar were very welcoming, smiling and put on a show Overall, great experience we will be coming back with friends And meeting up with friends, we made on the resort Ben

The Resort is walkable. The Buffet from breakfast to dinner excellent choices. DRINKS-the liquor used was the low end of the liquor spectrum. You are charged for muddle and upsale grade liquor. Mixed cocktails request double dose of base liquor. FOOD-Everyone has varied opnions, my wife and I enjoyed authentic Mexican food, the pizza excellent, we didn't care for the French restaurant, small portions & tasteless. We didn't like the SUSHI from the Japanese restaurant, again tasteless. Every morning, breakfast offerings abundant. BEACH- not swimmable taken over by Sargassum sea weed. POOLS- a quite pool & an exciting pool with music & activities all day, my wife & I enjoyed the activities pool. We're both 67 and fit in with College age adults all weekend. We will return for 8 days/ 7 nights. The price is perefect. The gift shop overpriced. Mike Coffee shop, amazing coffee and desserts. Customer service from staff Over the Top fantastic. You should visit, very affordable!

The staff and food were alright the main problem was the seaweed and the inability to go into the ocean which was my main reason of taking this trip Expedia did not make it clear that we were unable to go into the ocean the pool was overcrowded and way to hot to even swim inside. If possible I’d like to receive some sort of voucher or credit for my next trip or a free stay at a hotel locally where I live because overall I was very disappointed. My sole reason of traveling was being able to go into crystal blue ocean water and I couldn’t even go in at all due to the restrictions and all the seaweed which was 20 feet deep and wide the whole beach from was covered in it

Nice place. Very clean only downside was the food was really bad. I had to leave the resort several times to find decent food. Also there is a seaweed catastrophe on the beaches which i understand isn't in their control. Food 2/10.

Resort was beautiful and clean. The entertainment and entertainment staff were excellent. Kenddell in particular was awesome! He made us laugh everyday and amazed us with his ability to remember and connect with people. He truly made our stay exceptional.

This could be a beautiful resort but… with the sewer smell it was hard to do anything. We felt like prisoners in our room. The beach is closed, and you can only enjoy the pool until the smell gets to be too much. To top it all off, our room had red ants and nothing they could do about it. This place needs a lot of work, do a lot of research before choosing this place.

Absolutely loved all the shows and activities that were available at this resort. Super fun and entertaining! The staff were all very kind and provided excellent service. The only negatives to the resort was the beach and the food. The beach was full of algae which they spent time cleaning from day until night. This algae did cause a significant scent across the whole resort. Definitely not the resorts fault and it was mentioned as a seasonal issue. With this, the beach itself was not bright blue beautiful waters. The pool was clean, spacious and nice though! Overall, I would say it was a good experience and we had a fun time with the all inclusive nature of the resort!

Let me start by saying this isnt a perfect resort. There were small things involving condition and maintenance. But overall we loved this resort! We didn't do the Privilege option, but we always felt privileged. Never had an issue getting into the specialty restaurants (we went early as walk ins) and we always treated with friendliness and a desire to make sure we had what we needed. In our opinion, the good was great! The grounds were clean and there appeared to be plenty of staff. Our room needed some TLC, but we loved it. HUGE bathroom and shower and the fridge was stocked daily just as we asked it to be. The pool and beach areas were very well kept - though the moss was unfortunately an issue during our trip. We plan to miss the moss if possible and return to this lovely resort again in the future!
