Freindly staff

It was great staying standard breakfast, small hotel, But Its clean and comfortable Even beach is not so beatiful its cool

Relax / Rejuvenation

I booked the Hotel because of it's very good location. Close to the beach and Quinta. It's nice and quiet and what was really a nice experience was the staff, always helpful and friendly. WIFI was at the beginning very bad, but the manager made everything possible that I could connect and do my work. I must add, I spend 24 days at Playa Palms and it was hard for me to leave, thats why I come back.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 107, gleich nach der Rezeption. Leider befand sich das öffentliche WC direkt am Kopfende vom Bett. Da die Tür klemmte, knallte es bei jedem Besuch. Leider auch in der Nacht von Security Personal, man erschreckt gewaltig und steht im Bett. Das Security Licht während der Nacht war so grell, dass unser Zimmer heller beleuchtet war, als am Tag. Das schlimmste war, ein Aggregat das sich zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit eingeschaltet hat, mit einem schrillen Ton, das morgens um 02:00 Uhr, schlafen schlicht nicht möglich. Da kein Zimmer frei war, musste ich für den Rest der Ferien (14 Tage) ein anderes Hotel suchen, leider keine Rückerstattung.

Super schöner Urlaub

Schöne Hotelanlage direkt am Strand, nicht zu gross, freundliches Personal, Frühstück jeden morgen auf der Terrasse. Zimmer 201 Meerseite: gute Grösse mit Küchennische, nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, leider kein Safe vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert tadellos. Pool klein aber fein. Pefekte Lage nur wenige minuten von der 5th avenue entfernt
