I know never go by the pictures, but honestly nothing like it. Half of the restaurants were closed. Food not great. Was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. Only good thing was the staff, they were very friendly and attentive always.

Staff was incredible! So helpful and cheerful and happy to help. Room was clean, comfortable and the stocked mini bar and snacks, as well as the nightly chocolates and turn down service were very appreciated. The restaurants were wonderful, selection was good and food was decent at the buffet. A little disappointed in the seaweed on the beach, but that’s not the fault of the resort, in fact they were working hard every day to clear what they could. The Barracuda Bar was the best spot in the evenings! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this resort!

Loved the hotel - fantastic food, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful room and view, with a well-equipped gym and relaxing spa. I highly recommend treatments from the wonderful Nestor at the spa- the seaweed wrap and hot stone message with reflexology were especially good. So relaxing! The only downside is the Dreams Dolphin Discovery - I just don’t agree with breeding cetaceans in captivity - rescue/sanctuary yes; captive breeding to live in captivity no. It’s the only thing about the place I didn’t absolutely love. We stayed for 17 nights and loved it.

The staff are outstanding. Lovely people I mean this. For the most part they really care. The property is old & damp. The food is at best acceptable. It’s ok. Nothing stood out. I lived on cheeseburgers nachos from pool shack. The restraunt food is good but that’s all. Preparation & presentation is fine. The food quality is low. But it’s all inclusive & I suppose you have to make money. Also this property is very small. The pictures are decieving. DO not fall for the fake 200 gift certificate. It’s a time share scam. This is unacceptable. I was shocked.

We had a lovely time at Dreams for our honeymoon! Staff was lovely and so helpful and accommodating, especially Myriam at the front desk! Pool and activities were great, beach had some seaweed when we went but that’s hard to avoid. It was a beautiful time and we definitely hope to be back!

We love the feel and layout of this property. Access to everything is a short distance, allowing relaxation. The Staff is exceptional, and always solicitous of meeting our every want and need. This is our 2nd stay there, and we will return.

The staff was nice. Food is terrible. The Italian restaurant is the equivalent of pasta out of a can. Pool was green with bugs. And don’t try to leave, they won’t refund you. Worst hotel ever. Also, many people smoking illegal substances on balconies, so you can’t even enjoy a smoke free environment. Save yourself the hassle and go stay at a motel.
