My room had a lot of issues upon checking in, the shower head snapped off, door handle to patio door broke while opening, AC regulator was broken but the concierge were quick to send someone to fix these issues (within 15 mins of notifying them) Really good food served at zen restaurant and Ciao. Toro for breakfast buffet. Yeah I can see myself coming back

It’s a mid level all inclusive. The typical dealing with people putting towels out at 530am then not coming out to the pool till noon. Average food and average feel. Sometimes you get stuck going to a resort like this based on extended families affordability.
