No había servicio de valet parking, no nos llevaron las maletas a la habitación. Las sábanas estaban rasposas, desgastadas igual que las toallas, de hecho estas últimas estaba ya muy decoloradas. La habitación no tenía crema corporal y con relación a las bebidas, la calidad de las mismas es más baja que las que ofrece el riu palace.

Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue was that I seemed to get new bites every night, which makes me think there might have been a bug in the sheets. It only affected me, not my family. I asked room service to change the sheets, but unfortunately it didn’t solve the problem. Other than that, the food, drink, night show, staff, everything was perfectly good.

It was such a great resort to stay at. I’ve been to a few resorts now and honestly can say this is our favourite one. The food was great, lots of options. The staff really took care of you. Will be using Riu for all of our next vacations for sure!

Staff were definitely the best part of the resort. The room was the least desirable as we did not have running water for two days which meant no shower, hand washing or toilet. When the water was on the toilet had numerous issues.

Staff was great. Food needs improvement. Not alot of stuff in the buffet if yout lactose free or gluten fee. Even the sushi rolls had cream cheese in them...the entertainmet at night was great. The poolside entertainment was good as well. Beach was really clean
