I rented a suite together with my colleague. My room had a cluster of pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and the aircondition stank. The next morning I had to notice that there wasn’t any hot water to be had in my shower. I mentioned this several times but in the end over a 4 night stay nobody reacted to my complain. In addition the room service didnt even male our beds for two days in a row and finally the only elevator was out of order for several days including the day of departure! I had a truly miserable experience at this hotel.

Los contenedores de shampoo y gel de baño deberían estar a cierto nivel de llenado dependiendo de la estancia del huésped. Entiendo que se quiera ahorrar, sin embargo, rayan en la escases y eso genera incomodidad. Por dos días estuve sin gel de baño.
