It was a great stay with 2 kids, very kid friendly and amazing staff and service. That said, a few things could improve - 1) The restaurant is a little overpriced for the quality of the food but then again it’s Tulum so everything is overpriced 2) When booking, nothing was mentioned about the room being part of Luna (Sister property). Would have been nice to know that it was not near the beach. 3) There was a consistent sewage smell near the room which might have been sometime to do with the manual drainage but was a little annoying. Would recommend it to anyone travelling to Tulum with kids.

This is really safe and the food is excellent. Buckets of beer at the roof top bar are a deal! and the bartender up there is a really nice local that feels like he loves his job. pretty top tier i cant think of much they missed and the vibe is really well done. Perfect for a family vacation!

From the moment that we arrived, David made us feel so welcome. We are greeted with so much respect, the complimentary drink was amazing!!! The room service was immaculate. The breakfast at the restaurant was great, but most of all the view is breathtaking. I would stay here again and again.

Everything about our stay was terrible. It seemed like none of the staff at the hotel wanted to be there. The streets around the hotel were dirty and seemed very unsafe. We actually had to leave because of a family emergency and asked the hotel if they would help us out a little, as we had 2 more nights pre-paid ($400 each night), but they said they couldn't and kept saying that it was Expedia's fault, as only they could issue a refund. However, they said they would offer us a gift certificate for the next time, as if we would ever come back to this place. So, my advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Great hotel. My room was actually at the Lula property next door. It was a great deal for a jungle room across the street. Nice room with great details. I used La Zebra amenities. The food was pretty good but expensive. Comfortable covered lounges on the beach. I would stay again.

Quint boutique Hotel. Uber zen. Friendly staff. Large room. Very comfortable. Great Resturant. TULUM needs to fix the road to this hotel and many more. Narrow, pot holes, and unnecessary speed bumps. Time sitting in traffic can be brutal. Hence the welcome for tranquil Hotel La Zebra.

This place is paradise! We stayed for a week in the Beachfront Plunge Pool room and we couldn't be happier with our choice. La Zebra is truly a luxury boutique hotel with the ideal location, impeccable hospitality and delicious food. The room was beautifully decorated and the housekeeping staff kept it sparkling clean through our stay. The turndown service was a warm touch and we really appreciated the little surprise treats every evening. The room came with a reserved beach bed which was amazing. The beach bar staff were so friendly and prompt with keeping our mezcalita glasses full! We loved the restaurant as well. Special thanks to Felipe, Roger and German who were all so polite, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Another great perk is we could walk to the neighboring Lula hotel and get resident rates on their wellness classes (AMAZING studio!) and fantastic spa treatments. We also appreciate La Zebra promoting local artists by displaying their vibrant pieces on the property. We will definitely be visiting again! No complaints!
