We arrived,Garbereli Garcia welcome us with VIP upgrade no cost. She give bevarage complement ticket, up grade our room ground level because my wife has a mobility limited condition, Hotel very clean in and out. quiet we relax during stay. Choice of healthy breakfast cook on order. we are vey happy during 3 days stay.
Location is great with easy walking to everything. Staff were wonderful. Our Junior Terrance room was meh. Everything in Valladolid is so colorful but our room was gray and devoid of any art. The terrace is a weird jail cell with plants. The hammock in the room was strung too tightly and uncomfortable. I would have rather used the hammocks and daybeds by the pools. All other amenities are thoughtfully done though. I suggest not bothering with the junior terrace rooms.
Yes. Wonderful experience. Staff lovely. Beautiful space and very good location.
Highly recommend

La chambre était un peu décevante car plutôt sombre (aucune ouverture sur l’extérieur), décoration inexistante, mais propre. L’espace jardin et piscine en revanche est très agréable et fidèle aux photos.
Breakfast was not free . 1 coffe per person was free , but we paid reguralr price for ordered menue

We had a bad experience. It looked like the lady at the front desk was the owner and she told us not to take the room key because we were going to lose it and she made us give the key to her any time we left the hotel and was not nice.

Very Clean! Great location! Helpful staff. I think it looked better in person than in the pictures. Lots of tropical plants around the pool area. Breakfast was delicious! We were in room 20 which had 3 double beds. We thought they would be in one big room, but were separated a little bit by a wall. Almost like a suite. Would be good for families with older kids. Would stay here again no problem!

This is a nice boutique hotel walking distance from the town main square. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Overall a great place to enjoy Valladolid!

Wonderful staff in great location. Only downside is that the main pool and the private pool in my suite were unheated and too cold to use.

No proactive service at all. No coffee/the maker, iron or hairdryer in room, very bare room. Room clean though.
Really well located and close to the bus station! Felt very safe around the neighbourhood as well. The room was clean but a bit dated and for the price (in comparison to other places in Valladolid), I did expect a little more to the quality. The pool was very lovely and the staff were friendly!
Great place to stay. Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location. Plenty of coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants right out the door. The pool was situated in a beautiful garden area and was a welcome relief in the heat of the day.
Lovely hotel and staff. Very clean and comfortable. Great a La carte breakfast. Lovely pool area. Great location just 5 minute walk from bus station. Room enormous and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.
Everything was fine until there was an incident with the room key that was misplaced and lost and when we reported it to the administration they charged us an excessive cost of $600 pesos when the policy is $200 pesos. They told us a story that the entire lock in the room had to be changed instead of getting a duplicate. Very bad management by the administration. They agreed to contact me and two weeks have passed without any information. I felt ripped off. I think it was an abuse of authority. And because of that incident I don't think I'll return or recommend it.
Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. Kind and attentive staff. Safe and peaceful. The interior garden is tranquil and magical. Beautiful serene rooms (we had the room with private little pool). Comfortable bed and the hammock in the room was a nice touch. Centrally located, with a delicious bakery right next door.. Even though they don’t have a dedicated parking, we easily found a spot down the street every evening. Would stay there again, and if you’re travelling with kids, it’s perfect.
