Pools were great plenty of chairs didn’t have to get up at 5am to save a spot. Very clean place this is my favorite place so far. Easy to get around and shows were amazing. The food wow loved it. The buffet had so much to offer and the restaurants were 5 star along with the staff.

I stayed at the 18+ resort (although they are all connected) and had a great time. The quality of the construction at this hotel is quite incredible and I was quickly blown away by the whole place. We always stayed at the Palace with our girls and now we as a couple love the AO!! The property is beautiful and the food/drinks are fabulous. They work all night to make sure there is no sargassum and our 9 days were spent enjoying the bluest water ever!! The rooms are spectacular and the bed is to die for. We can’t wait to be back!!

The WOW factor for this resort was exceptional. The design was well thought out and attention to detail was second to none. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional. Mother nature floated in sargassum but the staff was incredible in their efforts to clean the beach every day.

The moment we arrived, the staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. We were greeted immediately and shown our rooms. The entire resort is in pristine condition - very clean, open, and comfortable. Our room was always cleaned while we were out for the day and the fridge was always stocked. The food was outstanding and the staff was incredible. We plan to be back next year!
