Staff was very nice however, the conditioner bottle was empty while I was showering so I wasn’t able to fully use it then the bathroom door didn’t fully close. The light was very confusing how to use. Also, very upset on room service, took 30mins of no answer, then I had to call front desk to place an order then we got charged for fries we didn’t purchase and then o could believe two kids meal cost us $100!! I’m so upset at the cost we were charged.

A beautiful and pristine hotel. All staff were professional, welcoming, and organised. The hotel is really well located. The house toiletries are gorgeous and high quality. The breakfast was delish. Thank you for having us.

Great location with easy walking to other districts. Fabulous old hotel full of history but that has been tastefully renovated and upgraded. Lovely hotel and our stay was made even better with the wonderful staff - a big thank you to Jenna on the concierge desk who gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations and to Saleem on reception.
