Yotel was great. It was clean with friendly staff and a very convenient location. There is a Trader Joe’s one building over, and it is right next to the Courthouse T stop. The area felt very safe and we walked a lot around the Seaport and the water. It is also a short walk to the Convention Center. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

The bed was so uncomfortable, my back and neck hurt. The bed has knots in it and the pillows were flat and provided no support. It's a cheap experience which is ridiculous considering it costs $300/night. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else with a real mattress and pillows. Avoid this place

The hotel is in an excellent location, the room and property is very clean and the staff were wonderful. I would note that the room is tiny, although there are many clever tricks to make good use of the space.

The only issue I had was they hit us with an amenity fee. Maybe I missed that part when I made the reservation but still I don’t like that just charge everything up front so i know what I’m paying.
