It nice clear hotel with great customer service but the rooms are very small two square feet that is no refrigerator or microwave they have kind of folding beds you straight up when you going to bed otherwise you can’t walk around dressed or whatever you want to do in room, that’s the downside they want to utilize the building for more bedrooms, if you travel alone like me great place but if couples or have children don’t go there.

They double charged me. when I tried to call to figure out the situation, I had to talk to a robot. The robot couldn’t get me to a real person. when I emailed no one emailed back. After multiple times I finally kept asking the robot to talk to a person. I got a calling service that wasn’t part of the hotel. they finally connected me to th front desk which I then got an answering machine. It took multiple days to communicate with someone from the hotel. Situation was finally fixed, but I wish I could talk to someone that is real at the hotel. Days later I got an email. I already canceled my card because of lack of response.

Nightmare in Boston

It was terrible Room was very small Very expensive; no amenities The 12-floor restaurant was a joke. Only place we could get to sit is at the bar. They had reservations they say. I told them we were guests; they could care less. All the help was to be worried about paying grab ass with each other. No supervision at this hotel whatsoever . We came in late one night, my key didn't work. Had to pound on the door. The security guard finally answered door. Gave me crap for knocking on the door/windows. Even got in my face. Threatened to kick me out of the hotel. REALLY ? If you are reading this. Do yourself a favor. Go else where. This place Sucks !
