P/A was our first experience in Mexico and was truly an amazing experience! My only wish , was that they had buffet options for lunch and dinner like they do breakfast. Was there with my husband to relax and enjoy time together. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Privileges Aluxes in April 2025, and I would highly recommend staying there. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, the grounds around the pool were beautifully kept and the beach was incredible! We went with the all inclusive option - the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the food was good, as can be expected for a buffet catering to lots of people. The pool and beach restaurants were excellent, food was hot and arrived quickly. Sabor restaurant was wonderful, I highly recommend their Tiramisu! Satay was amazing, but their service was slow - it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees after our appetizers. The only negative that really bothered me about this resort was when we tried booking a boat tour through the hotel. We wanted a glass bottom boat specifically and the worker booking tours tried selling us on a sunset boat ride and told us there was no glass bottom boat tour on the island and we would have to go to Cancun. I understand trying to promote the tours your hotel is offering, but this was blatantly lying to guests. We had looked into these boats prior to arriving, so the next day we booked an incredible glass bottom boat tour a few blocks away from the resort. Overall, it's a well maintained, high quality resort and you can tell the staff take pride in their work!

Property was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We did not do the all inclusive package as there are many very good restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was included. All inclusive was $65 dollars a day per person if we would have chose to do so. Our only suggestion to the hotel is to have music at the pool and beach during the day. Not loud but a little music would have been nice.

We spent a week and rooms were very clean and comfortable. A recliner would have been nice but we survived. Loved the pools and Spa. I had deep tissue massage by Erica. She did a great massage. Highly recommend. Wait staff was friendly and pleasant. Loved the Oriental Restaurant (part of the resort) wonderful hostess and waiter for our party of ten.

Great location for both beach and pool. Decided to do the all inclusive one day which is a great deal for $65/pp and thr bartenders delivered! Breakfast also included daily which was a nice surprise. Dinner and lunch options not as varied if doing all inclusive; so definitely recommend venturing into town and trying a restaurant nearby.
