Incredible location! One of my favorite hotel stays ever. All needs were met! Everything you could need was provided in the kitchen. Great selection of local drinks for sale in the lobby, lovely touch! Lobby is so gorgeous and inviting!

My room was enormous - the size of an apartment! It was well appointed with snacks available for purchase and clear instructions posted for using DIRECT TV, hotel guidelines, etc. I appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was parking - while I appreciated it being covered and private (you are given a remote control and assigned a spot in a garage behind the hotel), the alley used to access it was covered in ice and it was challenging to navigate, especially when cars were coming in both directions. Hopefully when the weather is better, this is not an issue.

This was a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. Plus, we had our private tour pick us up right in front of the hotel. It was also within walking distance to the Aragon Ballroom, where we attended a concert.

Perfect Hotel in Chicago

I had such a wonderful stay at the Guesthouse Hotel during a recent business trip to Chicago! My flight arrived earlier than expected, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in, which made such a difference after traveling. The entire team was exceptional, professional, and welcoming. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and in a stunning location that made it easy to walk to so many great spots in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone traveling with more than one person, as the space and amenities are perfect for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’m truly grateful for such a positive experience and will absolutely return on my next trip to Chicago!
