"We had such a great time at this resort. However, we were really inconvenienced by the elevators being limited as two were down. Things got worse and we missed out on an evening in Miami when the elevators stopped working. I was then forced to walk down 22 flights of stairs in order to have dinner. Once we made it back to the room, we waited for the elevator that never came. We missed out on an evening as we were stuck in the room. "
