STAY HERE!!!! The staff are so kind, the buses they use for free transportation to ALL of the WDW parks are so easy to use, just make sure you reserve a spot right as you check in if you’re trying to rope drop- they fill up fast for the earliest time slot at 7 am. And DO get there 10-15 minutes early for pick up! They run a tight ship, and that’s a good thing if you’re trying to get to the parks or back to the hotel at the beginning and end of the day. I really loved that every time we were in the lobby it was always lively, the staff were so nice, there’s a late night convenience store as well! And Joffrey’s saved us every morning with the grab and go breakfast sandwiches! If you’re looking for an affordable option, while still being in the ~Disney bubble~ this is the one. One last thing! This really is steps from Disney Springs, like a 7-10 minute walk. Loved that!

The only positive aspects of this hotel are its location and the breakfast buffet, which was decent. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The staff was generally rude and unwelcoming, which really affected the overall experience. The hotel exterior is unattractive, and the rooms are very outdated and in need of renovation. There are no restaurants on site, which became a major issue when it was raining and we were essentially stuck at the hotel with no dining options. I was especially excited about Joffrey’s coffee, but it was a huge letdown. The coffee tasted terrible, and the person preparing it was unprofessional and rude, which made the experience even worse. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Ants in the room got in my personal bags. Issue shared with front desk didnt get resolved in first 24 hours. Was eventually relocated to another room after second day and multiple complaints.

The elevators did not work, there is awful signage if you don’t stay in the main hotel tower. Takes way too long to figure out where your room is. This isn’t a frustrated review, just see when you go that if you don’t stay in the main tower the outside area is very confusing.
