My complaint is that parking is not included in the resort fee. Hotels.com makes a big deal of reporting all fees, yet you make no mention of another $30 per night to park that is on top of the $40 per night resort fee. No bueno.

Great for Families

Great for families on a tight budget. Walking distance to Disney Springs. The property is old and the ownership is struggling to keep it relevant. No internet in rooms - horrible services with online help at some call center in India. Staff were a little over the top ‘too friendly’.

My "go to" place while in Orlando. Next to Disney Springs. Walking is easy, the rooms are great, the hotel has everything, location is great. I would recommend to families. Fun pool, hot tub, fire pit, activities.
