The hotel was very confusing on how to find anything. Room was on the outside and the elevator was like a small service elevator. Would not choose to stay here again. If you do, make sure to get a room inside.

Staff at front desk at check in was rude. Hot water did not work all 5 nights even though maintenance came 3 times to work on it and left a mess in the bathroom the last time. The air did not work i. The room, maintenance had to come again for that. Housekeeping came and only made one of the beds. No garbage bags were in trash cans.

Heater broken in room when it’s 29F, -1C outside during a crazy cold snap. Heater was fixed but made a loud bang every 10 minutes when it turned on. Earplugs required.

It was a decent hotel with tons of hidden fees. $30 for parking plus a resort fee. You only get a luggage cart if you pay for the bell hop service. The room itself was clean, but nothing exciting.

Lobby was amazing, room was nice, spacious and quiet. The only complaint I have was that after a long day of travel, when I was done checking in the desk person told me I could go over to another desk and pick up a welcome package. I was very tired so I decided to try to head to my room. A staff member stopped me and tried to make me go over there. I didn't realize that it was mandatory. The person at the front desk made it sound optional. We are in the area all of the time. If we don't stay at this hotel again, this would be the reason why.
