Wyndham resort Disney

Room was clean . But shower wouldn’t drain . Went to guest service but they said they only sell park tickets there so had to go check in counter . Told them problem and it was fixed asap . There was no coffee free in room and had to pay for it in the lobby area . Nice location for Disney parks but way outdated and rooms run down . Staff very friendly .

Very convenient location to Disney Springs, which includes lots of shopping and dining. Big pool area with lots of chairs and a bar with tasty drinks and bites served by awesome bartenders and wait staff.

When we arrive the room had bad smell the AC didn’t work they had to change the room to other regular nothing special when I did the reservation in the website I was looking with breakfast included later they said the breakfast was not included.any way low quality in my opinion.

We were close to the lodging area and we were woken up by the trucks backing up. We were offered to move but didn't since we were told that they don't have deliveries everyday. But the next morning we had another.

Perfect location near Disney Springs shopping and dining district, walkable to that location in just a few minutes. Facilities are a bit dated, but overall clean and nice grounds, especially for the price. Having stayed in both, Tower rooms are much nicer than the Garden rooms. Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly. Only major criticism was the added inclusion of a "Resort Fee" for staying there. I HATE when hotels do this. I was fully aware it was coming, but would still prefer that you just be honest with me, and include it as part of the price.

Excellent accommodation and service. Large room and comfortable beds. Everything was clean and organized. Excellent service, especially from the manager Cristina, who was attentive and concerned with the well-being of her guests. She proved to be very competent.

We enjoy staying at the Wyndham! This location is amazing. Disney Springs is so close. They provide buses to the parks. If you are looking for an great hotel with a great price I highly recommend it.

This is our favorite hotel when not on Disney property given its proximity to Disney Springs. However, our recent visit was frustrating. When we arrived we had no shower curtain in our shower. The air conditioner was super loud. One night they didn’t clean our room. Also, there is no pharmacy in the area and when we ordered some much needed medicine to the hotel via Amazon, the hotel charged us 10 dollars for the tiny package. Still like this place, but I fear it may be heading downhill.
