We had a great experience, especially who checked us in and the bar staff absolutely wonderful and definitely would stay again. The only issue we had was the how the walls where so so thin we heard the people next to us. The a/c was also very noisy when it turned on.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! The hotel lobby another plus for this property, along with the short walk to Disney Springs. But that’s where the five stars stop. The room upon opening the door had a stale smell. The linens were clean I will say. The bathroom had hairs in the tub that were definitely not mine. The light switch could use a replacing since it was cracked and dingy looking. The room overall looked like it was the scene out of a creepy cheap motel, but the sign outside said Wyndham. I am would definitely expect a little higher quality for this hotel being a Wyndham.

Excellent pool. Very close to Disney Springs. Room was dirty. We wore shoes in the room as the floor was nasty dirty. Carpets looked like they had never been cleaned ever. Black hairs throughout the bathroom, furniture, any surface. If the room had not been disgusting I would have given it a 9 overall.

When I arrived, the people that were complaining about fees that they were adding to their rooms. I knew we had to pay for parking. But the receptionist advised about a $39 fee daily as a resort fee. I advised we had called ahead if there was a resort fee and they had told us no. She advised we probably called the wrong wyndyum even though I used expedias contact property function. It is now 3:30 pm and the receptionist has the audacity to tell me that my room is ready but if I want to go in I would have to pay an extra $25 to get into the room. At this point im fuming since I had never had to pay for early access to my room that is ready even at disney resorts. When we get our room you can see mold in the bathrooms and also ants on table tops. The A/C was cold but all night and day it would make a clunking noise like it was either gonna blow up or catch on fire. The water in the bath tub would not drain. And the flooring of the bathtub seemed super flimsy like there was trapped water underneath. We called to the lobby several times and they would just answer hello and hang up. If it werent that we just wanted to explore disney springs and resort hop I would have not stayed here and stayed at a disney resort instead. Worst hotel that should be considered a motel that I have ever stayed in. Do better!
