Our door had a faulty latch it was hard to open and close. The water pressure for the shower is terrible and the water wasn’t very hot. For the price and it being on Disney property I thought it would be better. We will try a different resort next time.

Loved this property if youre staying at a disney park for your vacation. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool hours are great. My only complaint is my room key kept dying so every 3 days i wasnt able to get into my room and had to go to front desk to get the key card activated again. Staff were fast to fix the problem but it was annoying. Everything else was great!

The pool was freezing and not very kid friendly as the pictures suggest. The carpets inside the lobby are disgusting. The pool are good was great. The lobby dining was terrible and overpriced. Resort fees? Literally for what? I do not recommend this hotel.

I was overall very pleased with my stay at the Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista section of the resort! It was just me and my significant other, and it adequately met our needs. Reading reviews prior to our stay made me a bit weary if I had made a good decision. Others made mention of how the rooms were not well kept, outdated, and/or overall not the cleanest. But I share NONE of those complaints! Since we only used this room to lay our heads and shower after long all-day park days, I found every part of it very clean and comfortable! On top of that I must say the main lobby area is gorgeous and smells amazing!(I wish I knew what scent it was!) The 24 hour shop is super convenient and the outside entrance assisting staff were very attentive and even used the signature "Welcome Home" upon arrival (if you know, you know). My only complaint is that I don't appreciate the ploy for future booking/timeshares upon arrival/check-in. I understand they are people just doing their job, but after flying and waiting for a bus to the hotel I would like to uninterruptedly go right to my room and settle in. Buses to and from the Disney parks were very prompt and easy to maneuver, so definitely take advantage of the perk! Lastly, I am amazed at how quick and simple of a walk it actually is to get to Disney Springs from this property! Absolutely would stay at this property again!

Great option for a stay near Disney attractions

Great hotel for families visiting Disney parks. The pool was very nice! The rooms have been renovated and were clean, comfortable. There were food choices available, but meals were not included with the stay. The options were not affordable. This was a convenient location offering shuttles to the Disney parks, and just minutes from Disney Springs.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying.. every time is great, but this last time the only thing that was not great was how loud the guests and room cleanings were next to our room… I know you can’t control guests, but maybe a sign? Something to say “be courteous to other guests” or “returning late? Please be considerate of sleeping guests” it’s pretty simple.. but that’s my opinion. Otherwise I love this hotel.
