Don't be fooled by the pictures, this property is not up to Wyndham standards. The lobby area has wrappers all over the floor, the tables were dirty even though no one was there and overall you can tell that they don't care about keeping the property clean. The rooms are horrible, as others have stated, they look nothing like the pictures here. They have moldy ceilings and the showers are disgusting. The updated furniture is the only thing keeping this property in business because the rooms look more like motel rooms than hotel rooms. I am warning you so you don't go through the same thing I had to go through, I had to leave this property and walked to the Hilton that's right by in order to stay somewhere clean. The conditions of these rooms are poor and customer service is even worse. The front desk manager was rude and condescending as if it was our fault that the rooms were dingy. They never refunded us our money (even though we didn't even spend 15 minutes in the room) and we had to pay for the 3 nights we didn't stay in the property. They were also giving the Expedia agents the runaround in order to not help me. They kept lying saying they tried contacting me to offer a resolution while I was sitting in the lobby the whole 3 hours waiting. Then they acted like they couldn't find my reservation and kept beating around the bush. The front desk manager kept apologizing that the room "I booked" didn't meet my expectations. BEWARE.

Walkable to downtown Disney! Rooms were a little tired but the beds are super comfy! Wish there was a continental breakfast included for the price. Have stayed here many times.

Overall it was a nice stay, very convenient and right next to Disney springs. The folks working out front were great, incredibly nice & helpful. Checkout day was a little rough as housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30am when check out is 11. They may also want to put more water in the hot tub so the jets aren’t spraying guests in the face and consider heating the pool as the hot tub was consistently full of children splashing and swimming or adding an adults only hot tub.

This is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting Orlando. The resort is clean, the staff are always pleasant, and it is in walking distance to Disney Springs.
