Honestly the room was not as clean as it should be. However the staff are lovely. The bed was clean. The view was great. Nothing special sadly. Convenient place to stay for a concert or a weekend trip.

Staff was great. The room needed some maintenance but was fine. The elevators - half were broken. Proximity to the beach and other things was great! Parking was awful as you had to walk across the street. The lot gate was broken, so the lot was unsecured. There should be a shuttle service taking you to and from the parking.

My stay there was very miserable. When I first got there, none of the main elevators were working. All visitors had to use the elevator that housekeeping uses. The room was very outdated and very disgusting. Overall, I would never stay there ever again!

Absolutely Horrible Stay – Bookers Beware! From start to finish, this hotel was a complete nightmare. The entrance was jammed with cars, no order or courtesy. After waiting forever, we tried self-parking—dark, sketchy, full of potholes, no guard, and random people wandering around. We immediately left. Thankfully, the valet by the conference entrance was great, but there were no carts, so we hauled everything ourselves. Inside, the lobby reeked of weed and was packed with drunk guests. Our reserved room wasn’t available, so we were “upgraded” to what looked like an accessible room—musty, cramped, and a shower my 6'2" husband couldn’t even fit in. Only one elevator worked, cracked tiles everywhere, and the room smelled like vomit. We thought this location would be perfect for our son’s baseball team to gather on the boardwalk for ice cream after games—but that dream was crushed. The area felt unsafe and uninviting. Nowhere to eat nearby unless you want a burger joint across from two strip clubs. We ate at the hotel instead—$200 for bland food and a rude bartender who refused to fill my reusable water cup. To top it off, while at the pool, a friend stepped away for 20 seconds and someone was already rifling through her purse. That says it all—dirty, sketchy, unsafe. We’ll never be back to this hotel or Daytona.

Check in was at 4pm. Unpon arrival at 6pm our room wasn't ready! The only option that was given was for us to upgrade our room at a discounted price. First its wasnt our fault that our room wasn't ready and the nerve of Hilton to try and make us pay more for their mistakes! Absolutely not! Then a manager comes over talking the same nonsense "we can up grade you to a room thats available for a discount" after telling them no they were going to put us in a room that i already Paid for! The some how found an available room. We get to the room. It has no balcony which i paid for! The sheets were stained hair in the bathroom! We returned to the front desk to infom them about the sheets and the bathroom. The same lady who checked us in claimed it would be taking care of but it wasnt when we returned hours later. We called down to complain but was told that the only thing that could be done was for them to send new sheets up and we change them our selves. Unacceptable. Ive stayed here years ago for the Air Force Yellow Ribbon. I will never stay here again!

DO NOT GO!!!

To start, there is nothing disclosing a $100 fee you have to pay upon arrival ALONGSIDE the $25 "resort fee" (this place is nowhere in the bracket of a resort) and the fee for parking which is $35 for a sketchy walk to a parking lot or $50 for valet. It's truly ridiculous. The lobby looks nice and sets false expectations. Upon arriving to the room, it was horrible. Immediate disappointment. Rusty shower, broken bathroom tiles, the balcony had exposed rusted rebar, the entire room was outdated, our tv remote didn't work, and the lamp by our bed had a broken bulb. This is outrageous for a Hilton property. I had such high expectations and wish we would've stayed at the Hard Rock. Praying I get that 100 back. If you look at google reviews of this place, it's obvious the owner doesn't care if you had a bad experience or not. I really hope Hilton corporate looks into this excuse of a "resort" and fixes this issue.
