Long wait at the reception for checking in. Despite I only had 2 people in front of me the receptionist was uselessly slow, with a lot of personal comments etc. Rooms have clearly seen better days. Elevator floor was also missing tiles.

We were very displeased with our stay at your resort. Starting with the check in process to the condition of both the resort and our room. We did the online check-in and were told we would be contacted when the room was available. We waited several hours until we finally decided to go to the front desk. We were told that we still had to come to the front desk regardless. The room we chose was still not available and they would put us in another suite. When we first arrived in the room we were exhausted. Chose to go downstairs and have dinner and retire. Upon further inspection the room was very dated and unkempt. The room was not clean and and had terrible wear and tear from the living room furniture, rust and many surfaces, mold in the shower etc.... I can provide the many photos I took. We booked a suite that was i terrible and unacceptable condition. The room had many concerns most importantly cleanliness!!! We have stayed at other Hilton Resorts and were very pleased. And this facility definitely did not meet the standards of Hilton!!!! The only positive experience was the Don Ricos restaurant downstairs.Especially our server Raj. We ate there twice mainly because of the quality of food and service. We had Raj as our server both nights and he was exceptional!!!!!! Other than that we have nothing positive to say about your resort. We will make sure to let anyone know that if they are thinking of staying at your resort we will strongly recommend to not stay.
