My stay at Marina Hotel Apartments was on another level very well trained staff starting from the security men namely Imran and Anwar not forgetting the reception staff Mr Mohamed and all the staff especially the house keeping polite and Always smiling I have travelled a lot but Marina staff I give you 1000% and recommend to anyone myself and my family we enjoyed our memorable time there and definitely we are coming back again thank you and see you soon. Cleanliness was top Any question will be answered in a short time not forgetting the area safe and all shopping amenities the restaurants great place to be Merci, Thank you, Shukran and Asante Sana. I selected the apartment for it's size and location and underground parking - each of those are great. The positives stop there. I was so upset and angry to one day come back to the apartment and find a staff member relieving himself in the bathroom inside the apartment. Under no circumstances is that okay. And after the apartment had apparently been cleaned by the housekeeping staff.

It was very clean . Just 4 minutes walk from the metro station. And Dubai marina riverside walk. The apartment was big and I really enjoyed the stay. Very friendly and hospitable staff.

Worst guest service I’ve ever seen in Dubai a city known for excellent hotel services. Very rude staff. They hold you to waiting by the parking gate until someone exits and opens the door for you. I caught the night guard sleeping at night. Poor cleaning service. Very old aging property. No restaurants or good food options around. Seriously never again at this apartment hotel.

The apartment was spacious and very clean with daily cleaning if required. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were on the top floor with fabulous views of the Marina from the balcony. All the staff were very friendly and professional. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We stayed at Marina for one night only. The apartments are huge! The king beds are extremely comfortable. I was sad we did not get a Marina view, but all in all a good stay.

Hotel locates in the heart of marina walkable distance to local restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff, clean, nicely decorated. Hotel has a pool and resting area. Highly recommend this hotel!

Third time we have stayed at this hotel apartments. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble for them. The apartments are huge in comparison to others and the location is 1 min walk to the marina with all the restaurants and shops you need. We will be back again.
