The staff were fantastic, but the onsite dining options were not to my liking. Similarly the in room dining was subpar. But a beautiful room with a gorgeous balcony.

I travelled solo from australia to dubai . The property was amazing ! The staff 10/10 brilliant especially Malik concierge really went above and beyond and made sure everything ran smoothly . Buffet breakfast brilliant! I would highly recommend the stay here ! You wont be disapointed .

Everything about this hotel is very poor quality. Rooms are connected to each other with a door so you can hear absolutely everything. People wonder around the hall burping and stuff does not say anything. Never had a worse experience. Food just very average. Not happy

April 2025 Had a great time with my family and friends. Stayed for 5 nights. The reception people are friendly and the check in process was easy. I had a family member arrive late and they were accommodating. John at the reception was very helpful in guiding us the activities to do and also arranged for our transportation to the airport. Nancy, called and checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is located conveniently close to the metro and there are several local restaurants at a walking distance, a mall and the marina/beach is also a walking distance. Really enjoyed my stay. I will be back soon
