Great hotel in a good location. Beautiful balcony room on the 6th floor. Breakfast was delicious excellent choice on the buffet and good service. Friendly staff all around. The price was a bit high however.

Staff were very courteous and checked in with us daily. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean and the bathroom was luxurious. Although the room was lovely, the curtains were torn and the covering over the bed stand was worn away and withered. It was disappointing for a five star hotel.

The service and staff at this hotel was exceptional. The doorman and reception staff were very welcoming, personable and accommodating. The staff at the rooftop Rossio Gastrobar were also amazing, particularly Jose and the sommelier, Daniel.

Location location location!!!! Shopping near by, pick up for tours nearby. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We appreciated having arrived hours before check in time that the staff upon request readied our room by noon which we were so thankful for because we were exhausted from our long day of travel!
