Had a good stay, room was on the small size but clean and spotless. Hotel is a small boutique hotel with a limited number of rooms but great for a few days stay in Lisbon. Centrally locate, close to Castello de Sao Jorge, Praca Do Comercio, Santa Justa Lift and other sights within a reasonable walking distance. Had a nice breakfast with breads, buns, croissants, various sliced cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, yogurt, juice, coffee and hot foods scrambled eggs, bacon, vegetable frittata. Had to leave for an early flight and they were nice enough to get a lot of the breakfast items out before their 7 am opening. Front desk clerk provided a map with details of getting to the nearby lifts to make the walking a little easier. He arranged a taxi to the airport for us and it was a very reasonable price compared to what we paid coming to the hotel. Were greeted on our way out to the airport by the hotel manager who asked about our stay.

Great location, clean rooms, and really friendly and helpful staff with impeccable English, even if they don't believe you when you tell them! 24 hour service which is always reassuring, lovely toiletries in the bathrooms, big shower, free water in the fridge for you on arrival, and a free drink in the bar downstairs with your stay. Couldn't ask for much more.

Dilapidated. There were so many things in our room that desperately needed attention. It felt icky. We couldn’t turn on the shower, use the phone to call the front desk or use the thermostat. There were bugs flying out of the drain. The courtyard we faced was disgusting looking. There was hardly any toilet paper and they gave us 4 tissues. The lighting in the room and the bathroom was so dim that we had to bring a bedroom lamp into the bathroom to do our makeup. The cleaning people were sweet and smiley.

Wonderful night in Comfort.
