Very friendly and helpful staff. The entrance to the hotel is at back of house of a resturant/ bar, which is very odd. The deco generally is modern chic. The room does not have a phone to the reception, and the bathroom does not have a lock. Both of which is odd not to have for a 4 star hotel.

This hotel was modern with modern funky furniure. Bed extremely comfortable. They had a defenite theme of being ecofriendly, sustainable and reducing carbon footprint. Staff were friendly and efficient. Great views over Lisbon from our room. Location is excelleny as you are only a few minutes from the main tourist square. Lift was small was the only dowside.

The room did not correspond to the description. The bathroom and toilet were barren. There is no space for things. Sound isolation is non-existent, all sounds can be heard from the next room and outside. Breakfast was good, except for the coffee. It was served in a thermos and was lukewarm every morning. When asked, got special coffee, but only one cup. The location of the hotel is good and it is clean. Lower average accommodation, definitely not four stars.
