Overall disappointing. The room was in a separate building two blocks from the check in, and up two steep flights of stairs. Small room, one small window. New shower but had spongy base, installed improperly. TV turned on but showed only a programming message. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location was very good, with local cafes right there.

Convenient location. Some of the units can be very noisy. There is a beautiful square with restaurants and convenience store in walking distance. The units are a bit dated but comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Nice area, lovely people at reception and very clean. I had a balcony with a view to the inside of the block, was nice and calm, noise was not a problem for me. Will definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation was ground floor, dark and very damp. Opening the front door from the street there are garbage bins inside, just near the apartment door. The neighbours upstairs were noisy - loud tv, music and stomping around on wooden floor boards till past 1am. Reception said they couldn't do anything about it as the people above were residents and they didn't have anything else available. Two nights were 2 nights too long.

The only drawback were the three flights of long stairs to get to our room. The manager helped us up to our room with our luggage. The next morning we were leaving at 7 AM for a flight and there was no one to help us. I have a bad back and if I had known about the stairs I woud not have chosen thie residence. Other than that it was fine.

Flores guest rooms are very near or literally on the charming, intimate Praca das Flores park and square. It is a unique and vibrant neighbourhood with abundant and varied dining options. The Flores staff and service are excellent. My 4 star ratings for cleanliness and facilities only means that they could up their game a little in these areas. Some minor room upgrades (new furniture, cooking ware) would make the rooms more welcoming. All linen, towels, sheets, beds were spotlessly clean, as were the kitchen and bathroom sinks, shower, toilet etc. Floors could have used a more thorough mopping. Staff also will arrange car transportation to and from the airport. We have not tried the Flores breakfast, mainly because there is a wonderful breakfast cafe ("Copenhagen") right beside the Square which opens at 7:30. I will happily rebook at Flores next time I'm in Lisbon.

Location was amazing, we absolutely loved where it was located, felt very safe and lots around. The one down side is because of the amazing location a lot of people gathered there but we found if we shut the bathroom door at night we couldn’t hear a thing!! My only complaint would be the cleanliness- bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and cleaning staff opened the door while we were sleeping before 9 am one of the days. It was our honeymoon and Flôres went above and beyond surprising us with a little something special. We did not pay for the breakfast here. We went elsewhere. Overall we would definitely book here again!!

Room was as pictured, with everything we needed for 5 days in Lisbon. Friendly and extremely helpful staff at reception. Very responsive to any questions. Extremely clean. Good water pressure in shower. Firm mattress. Room is up a couple flights of steep stairs - thankfully we pack light. Not suitable for anyone mobility challenged or with big suitcases. We did not have a car. Uber and walking distance to all the sites we wanted to see. Transit was nearby but we did not try it. Footsteps very audible from the adjacent hall and rooms. Maybe can't be avoided with the age of the building, but suggest you bring earplugs. Great location near a treed plaza with many delicious restaurants and locals hanging out. Wonderful coffee and breakfast just around the corner - Copenhagen Coffee Lab.

Located on a lively little square /street in what seemed to be a decent area.There were a number of good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I would not recommend if you have any sort of mobility issue as the stairs are extremely steep and there is no elevator. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had a great stay here! It’s a perfect location, with lots of amenities close by. We stayed at the very top of the guest house, so there were lots of stairs. We didn’t mind, and we had a great view of the streets below. Highly recommend, and would for sure stay here again!

The room was very charming and comfortable, with a great view from the 3rd floor window. The bed was OK, a little bit hard but I still slept well. It was quiet but you could hear your next door neighbours when they unlocked their door. The shower did have a bit of mould in it. It was my fiancee's birthday and they surprised us with a basket of fresh fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine.
