Fantastic customer service from the moment you arrive. I loved all the extra touches like complementary tea, coffee , soft drinks and pastries all day. Hair straighteners in the room along with high end toiletries provided including conditioner and body lotion. The walking tour offered daily by Pedro was also a great way to introduce you to the local area and find out about the history of Lisbon

Stayed 5 nights, hotel is centrally located on a pedestrian only street. After Uber dropped me off, Rafael came to help bring my luggage to the hotel. He gave a very warm welcome, checked me in, offered me free breakfast and I didn’t have to wait for my room. I am highly sensitive to fragrances. A lot of hotels I haven stayed at, have strong fragrances. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed there was no fragrance! My room was very quiet, spacious, bright, had 2 bathroom windows, bed was very comfortable. Knowledgeable hotel staff provided a free walking tour to get familiar with Lisbon history and what to see and do. My room included complimentary extras - bottled water, mini fridge beverages (beer, Coke, juice) that were replenished daily. Housekeeping kept my room very clean, provided turn down service, mini bottles of red and white port wines. There was complimentary coffee, tea, fresh juices, bottled water, apples, cookies, natas in the hotel lobby. Pedro always provided a friendly and warm welcome at breakfast. Buffet was excellent, including an omelette station,huge variety of fresh quality food items. Location of hotel could not be any better. I could see the water as soon as I stepped out.It was surrounded with many restaurants, shopping and points of interest all within walking distance. I had a wonderful stay! All Hotel staff, notably Rafael and Pedro provided excellent, friendly, helpful, kind service.This is better than a 4 star hotel!

The hotel is wonderful, centrally located and in easy walking distance of most attractions. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us, I cannot compliment them enough. Facilities for our 2 year old were easy to organise and everything was thought of.

This property is rated as a four star hotel but the amenities and most of all the staff, make it a five star. Everyone went above and beyond; I have not seen service like that in a long time. Due to the street closure the Uber could not drop us off at the front door, they actually came to get our luggage. Rafael offered us a free breakfast which came in handy since my partner was sick and for a couple days could not leave the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, offering us two sizes of slippers (his and hers) is unheard of nowadays. The breakfast buffet had many choices, an omelet station, great coffee, fresh juices and sparkling wine. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to restaurants, shops and local sites. There are a lot of hotels in Lisbon but this one by far is top notch and it is due to the staff. Once again Rafael went above and beyond.

The hotel staff were outstanding. The hotel walking tour was extremely informative and a great start to exploring Lisbon. Guest services also helped us plan our day trip to Sintra and our visit to the Gulbenkian Museum. The transfers to & from the airport were efficient. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel on two occasions. The hotel felt like a home away from home snd we look forward to our next visit there.

Beautiful, small hotel - felt very independent and special. Such a warm welcome on arrival, all the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Lots of lovely thoughtful touches - complimentary tea, coffee, water, fruit, pastel de nata, cookies, in reception! Plus complimentary small bottles of port on on our last night, delivered to our room. Gorgeous room and bathroom, well maintained with nice amenities. Fantastic buffet breakfast and excellent restaurant - high standard of food. Would definitely recommend, in fact we have booked to return next week on our journey back through Lisbon!

We were delighted with the whole stay! Loved the high quality sheets on the beds - made for excellent nights sleep. Decor was beautiful with a book explaining the styles chosen based on historical times and figures available in each room. Easy walk to anything downtown. We would come again in a heartbeat!

This is by far one of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed at. The check in is so easy and personal, the breakfast is varied and really good, the bar has everything you need and is wonderful. They even have a free walking tour run by a staff member; we had Pedro who is charming and so well versed in the Lisbon history. Our room was great too. The bathroom is big and has a great shower and the largest , softest We would love to go bak and stay there again!towels ever!

The service was amazing, the mini bar was provided at no charge and housekeeping left us two small bottles of port every night. If my wife could have brought the bed home with us she would have. Cannot say enough good about the hotel.

We felt the front desk personnel were welcoming, helpful and kind. They seemed very aware and attentive to every guest. We liked the offering of beverages and sweet treats in the reception area. The room was small yet well appointed. There was an umbrella for the rainy day. Not only was there a good blow dryer but also a flat iron for my hair. That was a win. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The windows are well insulated against street noise which was so nice.
