The location of the hotel is the main reason we stayed here. Shopping, bars, restaurants, transportation within easy reach. Easy walkable area with no hills to climb. 24 hour reception was helpful, no real issues there. Third floor elevator button didn't work, so we had to go up to the 4th floor then down to the main floor, or use the stairs, which was easy enough. The room was small but efficient, about what I would expect for the price, and suited our needs. However, no blankets were provided, just a sheet, making it cold for me when my travel partner wanted a cooler room. Overall, our 5 nite stay was ok but the location made it ideal.

The hotel is located in central Lisbon and the room was really clean and comfortable. There's enough space to fully open a large suitcase. Staffs were really helpful. There were a few dining options around the hotel, and the area feels safe even until late at night. Everything was within walking distance. My room was not facing the street so it was quiet at night. My only complain is that the bed is a bit too soft. Overall, excellent hotel. Highly recommended.

One Front Desk Day Time Female Staff Not Helpful

The front desk woman staff in the morning of Aug 31, 2025 (Sunday) were not helpful or friendly when we extended our stay with confirmed reservation. There was poor communication between the night shift staff and morning shift staff. The night shift staff told us that we could leave our things in the room while we were out all day for a tour, and then move to a new room (upgraded) after the tour in the late afternoon, but the morning shift person totally rejected that promise and told us to clear out the room immediately and bring the luggage down to store, however, we had to depart in 5 min to join the tour, she did not care and did not even offer any help but only threw us dirty looks. We rushed back to the room to clear out everything in a hurry, under tremendous stress and frustration. Then they store your luggage and important items in an unlocked and open area. This ruined by trip that day,
