The hotel is run down. There’s a weird smell in the hallway and the towels also have a strange smell. The area between the bathroom sink and the wall is disgusting.

We had a Superior room and while it was small, it wasn't as small as others in the Hotel. Room was clean but worn. Shower needed grouting cleaned. Simple fixes would make a difference. The location is great. Everything is right outside the door.

There’s a grocery store right next to the hotel so that was very convenient, especially since the room did not provide water so we did buy bottles next door. Clean shower with good water pressure.

Everything was a lie. I rented a room with one queen room + 2 single bed and they gave me only one queen room. When I complained the manager got very impolite and did not provide a solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This is a cute little hotel next to Rossio Square. It was very convenient for site seeing and both of my tours met at the square. The check in staff, Denige (spelling?) was extremely courteous and gave me an early check in so I could rest after a red-eye flight. The room was clean but had some wear and tear with chipping paint on the walls and a loose drain in the shower. But if you want a simple basic room in a good location this was a great choice!

The hotel was in an excellent location in the Restaurant district which made it great for walking to Rossio train Stn (eg. Sintra), shopping, the Hop on Hop Off buses, the port area, etc. We walked to Barrio Alto AND Lisbon Castle. The room was a bit difficult in terms of storage and layout (why such a large space for a single chair and low table when the bathroom is cramped and the wardrobe takes up a big space in the bedroom?). Glad to have a fridge and big shower!
