Loved the location. Easy walking to many of the central sites. Great restaurant choices and lots of shopping Just fyi. If planning hop on hop off bus tour. Don’t buy tickets at hotel which requires cash. Easy to buy at bus stop which is very close to hotel

The property was in a great, walkable neighborhood. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. However, there was confusion about breakfast being included with my stay. I paid the additional cost for breakfast when I checked out, but while waiting for transportation, I overhead a different price for breakfast being told to guests checking in. I asked for and received a refund.

Hotel location is great. Easy access to most attractions or transportation. Some front-desk staff are not so helpful. Our luggage arrival was delayed and I requested to be delivered as soon as it arrives even if it was late. That instruction was not followed. They said the room phone was not answered...The phone was actually not working. They also have a rude sign for the door if you wish NOT to be disturbed. It says 'Get Lost' ...I have never asked anyone in my life to get lost. Restaurant next door also has good eating options for both breakfast and dinner. The restaurant host(s) were not very customer oriented. Morning host staff were terrible all 3 mornings I had breakfast. One morning there was a big crowd as soon as they opened and the lady attending had strange body language. Did not appreciate her attitude. The coffee machine was broken but she almost sounded offended when I aske here to check that.

Great location with very friendly staff

Convenient location and very helpful staff. Restaurant downstairs is top notch, particularly at dinnertime. Rooms are comfortable and accesible via elevator. Area is beautifully decorated during holidays Be aware that Goggle map address can be a little misleading and that there is no way to be dropped off in front entrance but plazas around the corner have great access to public tranportation and taxis. Would recommend without hesitation (unless you have a car). We plan on staying here when we visit again.

This hotel is in very bad shape. Way better, newer and cheaper options for Lisbon. Elevator was broken the whole time while we stayed on the top floor, dirty towels in room, umbrellas broken no desire to refund or compensate for inconveniences yet prices were high. Try Locke St Joana that was a marvelous stay!!!
