Like- Only location is good Dislike- Wifi did not work properly , we had to make multiple complaints. Checkout- This was terrible, the lady rang the room at 10:00 am even though checkout was 12. She came second time at 11:50 again which was not nice We had to wait for cab but there is no seating area for reception. Noise- If there is someone talking in corridor, you will hear it in your room Light- The shades are not enough for darkening the room

The property was great except that I didn’t receive an email to explain how to check in so I had to make phone calls to find out. The property itself was great. Very nice area nearby. Very steep street so you have to walk uphill which is common in Lisbon. The place was a loft so there wasn’t a lot of privacy as you cannot close door of bedroom but it was comfortable. People came to clean property daily which was great.

The location is good, rooms are spacious with daily housekeeping service. However, I had no WIFI for several days and no hot water. The only way to contact the property is via a phone at the front desk because there is no manager or staff on site except the cleaning staff.

On booking confirmation it stated that 24 hrs before check in you would receive an email with access codes. This meant I had to ring property in Portugal that said just ring the bell! I then tx property twice to ask if we could check in early with no reply. When we arrived we rang bell no reply then rang again and was told to put in access code which I didn’t have they couldn’t find booking under our ref but found it under our name. Then we had to try and get in property at the same time as putting in code. Then there was a machine inside to check in. This was not very easy had scan documents? Turns out it was our passport!! When we got into apartment it was lovely also a code to get into apartment. A minor point was the blind at one window fell down when we closed the window. We reported this to the cleaner the next morning as got no reply when we tried the phone by machine. Dispite the above. We had a great stay with location being brilliant and so handy for metro station.

Fabulous but please make check in simple

The stay was great. Communication was good. Ideally situated in a quiet area that was close to everything. The bed was firm and comfortable, the apartment clean and in good order. The kitchenette was more than adequate and included a dishwasher. A washing machine was in a cupboard The only real bugbear for me was the checking in process which I found incredibly difficult, fortunately I had my grandson with me who is computer literate , but still not a straightforward process

The place is nicely located in the heart of Lisbon, with easy walkable access to shopping and dining and tourist attractions. All amenities in the apartment to make it easy to stay and manage what's needed. The automated check in process was impressive. It was easy to use and had no difficulties on my arrival. I would recommend this place for any visitor to Lisbon

We really enjoyed our stay there. The apartment was clean and the location was great, close to everything. The laundry facility was a huge plus. The only thing I would change is getting an apartment on a higher floor since we got street level next to the elevator.

Lisbon Apartments met my needs

At first, I wasn't sure where to enter the outside code because there were pads on both sides of the door. Checking in is keyless but you can't always get someone on the house phone to assist. Using the washing machine was a guessing act, even with the assistance of the person called in to help. One a positive notes the rooms were cleaned daily without request. The location is convenient. This is not a handicap friendly place, but Lisbon! It met most of our needs.

The hotel was very nice. On the 8 of September (two days before we arrived) We had some problems checking in so we called the office. It was around 23:45 (Israel time). A man answered the phone and checked us in. It was very important for him to tell us “free Palestine” we ignored it but he kept saying”free Palestine, from the river to the sea Palestine must be free” Than he accused my wife for genocide. I couldn’t ignore it no more and I told him that this is very rude. He doesn’t know us and what type people we are. He still accused us as if we are the government. This rude man doesn’t know we are protesting against this government For the last two years. He really made us feel bad for a few days. It’s needless to say we have not been treated like this in all our travels and we love Portugal and the warm and nice Portuguese people. We just thought you should know that and pass on. We always enjoy your service and we will continue travelling with you. May we all live in peace. Thank you.
