The room smelt like mold after a day of raining, rust on multiple open air spaces, carpet ripped up and room and stabbed my foot on exposed nail, limited food options, broken elevator during the stay, and that's just some of the problems I experienced. This was the perfect hotel for a week long stay in the heart of Lisbon. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and housekeeping did a really good job every day. The location is excellent if you want to be in Chaido, near all the sites but also for transit and train if you're doing some day trips to Sintra or Cascais. When we go back to Lisbon (and we will because it's awesome) I would stay here again.

Hotel is centrally located, lots of cafes and restaurants near by. Short distance to public transportation. Rooms are clean, staff provided great service. There is not a restaurant on site.
