Service stood out a lot. Excellent service when checking-in. Was provided orange juice and biscuits. Then suitcases were personally brought to room. Even took the time to explain how things work in the room like the AC, the safe. Did appreciate that they refilled the espresso machine with pods. No kettle or tea bags. Room was too small for my liking. Not a big fan of the carpet and the size of the room. TV was too high; no way to watch but laying down on the bed.

All staff are welcoming and helpful, especially Marta and Ricardo. I stayed here 2 different times and both stays were wonderful. Breakfast has a large selection of options to pick from. Location is perfect and easy to walk around. Nice extra touch like a nice written note welcoming me back the 2nd time.. i am looking forward to returning to the nice room, comfy bed and friendly staff.

Great location, near the centre and close to metro. Nice friendly staff and rooms were comfortable. Only real complaint is the curtains aren’t big enough so don’t fully block the sun which is a slight privacy issue. But overall comfortable, clean hotel, nice staff and centrally located. Ideal for a weekend break or longer stay.
