I had an excellent experience at Story Hotel Figueira in Lisbon. The room was spotless, the staff were consistently warm and welcoming, and the entire property felt well cared for. I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is top tier and the interior was always clean and the staff was excellent. The only thing I would say is that the rooms and the bathroom could use better lighting but aside from that, I wouldn't change anything. I will definitely book there again for our next trip to Lisbon!

We stayed at My Story Hotel Figueiro for 3 nights. Room was comfy and the bed was very nice. The restaurant was outstanding. Breakfast each morning was full of many choices, and everything was delicious. We ate two dinners there and some of the best food. Location was perfect. I would high recommend this hotel!!!!

This is a lovely , clean , centrally located hotel . The staff was very efficient and was always happy to help answer questions about directions , restaurants or special activities in the area .
