We only stayed 1 night, but it was quiet, clean, and safe. The staff were all very nice, especially Joana, the Guest Experience Manager who gave helpful recommendations for attractions and activities for the rest of our trip. The location is convenient - there is a restaurant right across from the hotel and others within close walking distance. It's important to note that only taxis can pick up/drop off right at the front of the hotel due to a private street, but it was not a huge issue. We unloaded our bags as far as the car could drop us off, and then the hotel staff helped us walk our bags to the front. When checking out of the hotel, we opted to arrange a taxi and it was able to pick us up right in front. Definitely would stay here again!

This is our second visit to Vincci in Alfama and we enjoyed our visit again. The Staff is nice and helpful. The location is excelent for walking and sightseeing.

This hotel was a gem. Perfect location in the old city and super friendly and helpful staff. Joann made us reservations for diner and a Fada show which was just a wonderful evening. We were there for 5 days and thouroghly enjoyed our stay.

Totally blown away with the Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. From the Fizz on arrival to the departure transfer. And make sure you go the restaurants they recommend. We managed four and each one fabulous.

Lovely boutique hotel centrally located in Alfama. A bit hard to reach as it is in a historical district and Ubers are not allowed right up to the hotel, only taxi. Also walking in the neighborhood while lovely is also extremely confusing so we were often lost but learned to enjoy it. Overall, a wonderful experience

A lovely traditional hotel with very modern and beautiful rooms. Beds super comfortable. In a quiet alley away from the traffic and the tram 28 stop nearby. The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and lovely place as seating outside. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

My wife was coughing and I’ll the entire stay. We found out as we were leaving the hotel had a problem with mold. They should have told us when we asked if there was a reason she had so many allergies and the cough
