Reasonably priced comfy stay in awesome location

Location is fantastic and price is better than many. Comfy bed and nice linens. Shower floor is dangerously slippery. Breakfast pastries are top notch.

Amazing! The hotel is very well located near all the attractions, restaurants (Pizza Alif Kebab, …) and metro stations (Baixa-Chiado and Rossio). The area is safe and clean right in the center. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was really kind.

This is a boutique hotel. Only 20 rooms and very small. Check in is on the 5th floor- they have an elevator to the 4th floor and then you need to walk up narrow stairs to the 5th floor. The 5th floor is where the breakfast is as well. The price for our 1 night stay was not worth it. No little fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. We would not stay again. Staff friendly.

Perfect stay! We stayed in the superior comfort room on the second leg of our Lisbon stay and can confirm it was superior to the regular comfort room especially the bathroom!

Could not say enough great things about this hotel. It’s in the perfect location; within walking distance of many attractions such as Santa Justa Lift, Tram 28, praca do Comercio, etc… but also very close to public transit to get to Belém, LX factory, etc with ease. Every single person we encountered on staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful which is part of what made the stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was another aspect that made this hotel stand out, it is certainly one of the best free breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. We went to A Brasileira for breakfast one day and quickly regretted it as the hotel breakfast was better(and included). The only way the hotel breakfast could be improved is if you could order a cappuccino but not a big deal. We also loved the lounge area that the breakfast is in; this is open all day to guests providing another space to relax with free coffee, tea, and snacks available throughout the day. Truly an excellent experience staying here and if we’re ever back in Lisbon we would stay here again.

Great jem if you don't mind the noise

The place is at the amazing location right by the famous elevator. The place has an elevator as well. The room was clean and neat. Had the slippers and blackout curtains. The breakfast was lovely as well. The only disadvantage is the noise that comes from the street. We ignored previous comments when booking it but you can truly hear everything that's going on. No noise cancellation here. Overall a great place for the price.

Excellent location! This hotel is in the mix of the Chiado district. Many, many sites, shops and restaurants in short walking distance.. The staff is very friendly, including port wine in the afternoon. Great breakfast and nice rooms. Highly recommend.
