The location was brilliant the staff were absolutely amazing The receptionist Diana was so welcoming and friendly. She went out of her way to make our stay so pleasant the dining staff too were very helpful and kind and they all had the most beautiful and genuine smiles all the time. We would certainly go to this hotel again Thank you for the very pleasant stay

We enjoyed very much about our visit in the hotel. At the beginning the room was too small mut fortunately we could change very easy it bigger one. The personell was very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. And finally the situation of the hotel was perfect in the middle of the capital but the traffic didn't disturb at all. After all this I can be sure that we will visit The Lift Hotel again.

The hotel was great for a city break . So central to everything. Considering it’s location on one of the busiest streets in Lisbon it was so well soundproofed that it was a lovely calm and quiet retreat to return to at the end of the day . The staff at reception were all so helpful and friendly too . Breakfast was fine and the food was fresh .It was held in a lovely room which was light and airy . My only wish would be to have not only coffee in the room but a range of tea too please . Thanks to all at The Lift Hotel we had a great holiday !

Very good location. Good breakfast. Towels and curtains in our room had seen better days. Friendly staff. Plenty of lights in the room but nothing bright enough for makeup and little daylight. Would go back though.

Great Location, Very Small

Great location in centre of downtown Lisbon. Hotel itself is nicely decorated, but tiny. Had to live out of suitcase as nowhere to put clothes apart from a pipe about 10cm long to hang something on. Constantly bumping into other person in the room. Bed was also smaller than usual, I guess to fit into the right space. Nice bathroom.

The accommodation was close to lots of places to see and there were plenty of restaurants or shops nearby. A few minutes away is public transport to move further in the city. The staff was very kind and always gave good advice.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich. Leider funktionierte bei der Ankunft der Abfluss im Waschbecken nicht und das Problem konnte erst am nächsten Tag behoben werden. Zudem fanden wir noch Gegenstände von Vorgängern.
