Most staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean only issue with the room was the lights above the bed were not working.spoke to reception so they gave me a standard lamp for the night as the maintenance were away home. Which worked well for me

Room very clean however the security bar on the door wouldnt work as the door frame was loose. The wardrobe area base was damaged quite badly. I was only staying overnight but if i was staying longer i'd have asked for another room.

The hotel was OK and in an excellent location for the city. However at the price we paid I think it's fair to expect a bit more comfort. The rooms were quite minimal and basic. Breakfast was OK but not exceptional. They offered the standard things you'd expect at a hotel buffet breakfast but nothing more. Front desk staff were really friendly and helpful and the building is spectacular.

The reception staff was very help the woman explained about what the hotel had to offer. The room was massive and the bed was so comfy. It was very clean lots of towels, pillows and the the room temperature was perfect. The shower has excellent pressure and was nice and hot. I slept really well and breakfast was good.You have a good choice of food, so catered for all.

Nothing worked except the team who did their best . The room had no heating and no phone . The public area ( all day dining, bar and reception ) had no WiFi so even getting and tracking an uber was a mission . I was given a different room that was in desperate need of maintenance. Very sad as the building is lovely and the location great . I was told all the phones were removed from the rooms as part of ongoing renovation . Pretty sure this violates health and safety. Would like a refund
