Excellent location right in the centre of Liverpool with the Albert Dock, museums, cathedrals, the station etc all within easy walking distance. Secure parking was available for £20 a night and worth using. Staff were excellent and communication prior to and during our stay was perfect. The apartment was very clean and with separate bedrooms, a small kitchen, a fridge freezer etc it was so much better being here than a typical hotel. Only very minor improvement I could suggest would be the furniture some of which is a little on the cheaper side (the mattress on the sofa bed is super thin and uncomfortable) but it’s perfectly fine for a few days and I would happily stay here again if still priced competitively. Great stay. Thank you.

This property is at a great location, within the Liverpool One shopping center area. It is very close to the port area, other city attractions, and the Lime Street train station. We can cook simple meals with everything provided in the kitchen. We were also allowed to check-in early due to a injury my husband suffered right before our trip. The staff is very helpful and considerate.

Property is in a great position for the Albert dock, excellent underground parking. Apartment was very clean & tidy. We were upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment & the bedrooms were a good size with good size beds, 1 room was en-suite
