The apartment was very clean and well kept, all staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location in the centre. We stayed for a concert in M&S arena and it was a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommended and will return 😊

Easy check in. Super convenient location for us. Near bus terminals and train not too far of a walk. We did report problem with slow drains in shower and bathroom sink, hopefully they can resolve it soon. Overall I would return to the Cove.

This hotel was perfectly positioned for us to walk around and visit Liverpool sights with a great range of dining options nearby. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the apartment room was clean and well equipped. The only slight gripes were that the bathroom electrically heated towel rail was not working, the bed was a little small with a power socket and light on one side only but having a separate living / dining space was excellent and having access to a good fridge / freezer, cooking and washing facilities was a bonus. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

The only issue we had with this property was the washer/dryer combo unit…just couldn’t figure it out even with the help from staff. We would stay there again LOCATION was fantastic!!
