The reception staff were very pleasant and the hotel was in a good location with a convenient car park. The room was clean and quiet for out one night stay.

Central location in Liverpool, 10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and less than 5 minutes to Moorfields. Area felt safe. Pleasant atmosphere within the hotel. Nice areas to sit in the lobby. Staff all very friendly. Hotel was busy at times but was very quiet at night, despite my room overlooking Dale Street. A good sleep was had! Tesco Express is next door, which is very helpful for affordable refreshments and open until late.

Room was quite small, considering the size of hotel, dining area was small. Had to go round a few times looking for table to eat breakfast. Dining area was very clean staff were off putting continually rushing round cleaning. Air con unit needs immediate attention as it kept me awake with gurgling noise

Everything was good, clean, tidy and staff were excellent and very helpful. We arrived early and were greeted with a free coffee. They let us put our cases in the luggage room so we could have a wonder around the city centre. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend the hotel it’s location.

The staff were so, so efficient, helpful and friendly, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They work extremely hard. The room was warm, comfortable, quiet and spotless, as was the bathroom, and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing, and one night my companions had dinner there, and said that was also very, very nice. Central location but extremely quiet. We would most definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant surprise to have a premium room at little extra cost. Did not have time for breakfast but bar service in evening of arrival was excellent . Could the menu form say 12 noon not 12pm (which is midnight- 12 hours post midday !)7

Hotel was interesting with Beatles theme… very cute. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful. However, the dishes and cutlery were not properly washed. Dishes and cutlery provided to guests to eat their food with should be exceptionally clean and these were not. Plates had remnants of food on them, glasses had lipstick on them still. Coffee cups had stuff in the bottom. Very disappointing. Luckily we did not become ill from using these dishes.
