Lovely clean hotel pleasant decor. Room a little small but for one night was ok . Quite nights sleep nice clean and comfortable bed . Will stay again .

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Room had broken toilet on arrival. Other rooms not as advertised on website. Bathroom fixtures loose, body hairs found in bathroom and pillows/bed area. Room not tidied properly by housekeeping, leftover menus found on room floor. General appearance of room shabby/outdated and below standard of other Ibis hotels I have stayed in. Room overpriced given the poor quality. Staff attitude not great. Will definately not stay in this hotel again.

We booked a 1 night stay in a permium room. room was comfortable and clean with decent air-con and free tea and coffee. coffee was pods in a machine not instant sachets which was nice. in a good location for nightlife and right next to a shop. we would stay again

The Ibis is well situated in central area. Two issues were encountered. The shower water pressure is very low and the temperature keeps on changing so you start having a shower with warm, it shifts alone to very hot. You adjust and soon after it goes back to cold. You adjust and cycle starts over again. Room number was 509

The hotel was very conveniently located to the Cavern area and the Docks. The room was comfortable and clean. There was free tea and coffee available all day in the foyer,which I thought was a great idea.
