Exceeded Our Expectations!

It’s always nice when a hotel surprises you and exceeds expectations. We loved our stay at the memoire club, check in staff were very friendly and more than happy to hold our luggage for us. The room was a big surprise as I’d seen a few people complain about the room size but for central London at this price point we thought the room size was more than adequate. The room also had some great features with a huge smart TV (Apple TV), coffee machine, safe. The bed was really comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. The hotel has clearly undergone a recent huge renovation and is now finished to a great modern standard. We would book again in a heartbeat for our next trip down to London 👍

While we were only there to sleep after exploring the city, the room was quiet small. Our luggage was a struggle to maneuver in and around the room. The temperature control in the room was temperamental. The complimentary bottles of water were nice. There were plenty of outlet plugs and the house cleaning staff was top notch.

Lovely sized room. It is a little dark though. Could do with a box of tissues! Not a massive fan of a wet room style bathroom but that's just my personal taste. The bathroom is a good size. Dinner was excellent. Service was excellent too.

Recently refurbished to a really high standard and brilliant /convenient location for visiting London. The club rooms are very compact but fine for a few nights stay and has everything you need. We opted to have breakfast out as the price of buffet breakfast was £25 p/p, but we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner/snacks. Overall would recommend.

Fantastic one night’s stay with free room upgrade on arrival. Rooms on the smaller side but more than enough for what we needed. Staff couldn’t do enough for us weary travellers! Super convenient location for Euston & St Pancras stations and excellent bus links as well.

Highly recommended

Great hotel with excellent staff who were very helpful. Not too busy therefore it was very quiet and relaxing. The room was lovely and clean and the sound insulation was excellent, I couldn't hear any noise from the busy street outside. Breakfast was also good and the location is in a really nice area with plenty of amenities nearby. Five minute walk to tube stations and national rail services also makes it very convenient.

This hotel was very clean. The staff were so friendly, professional and very helpful. I stayed with my partner fir 4 nights. The only downside i found was storage and places to put things. Nowhere to put toiletries and make up in the bathroom, very limited space to hang clothes.

Great and tidy hotel and awesome service

My stay so far has been good. I leave today and definitely plan to come back. The service is awesome. Gym space does not have so many varieties though. Food has been absolutely amazing. I have enjoyed every moment of my stay so far

5min Walking distance to Euston station, even so it is in a main road the room was very quiet. Aircon in the room. Very comfy bed and pillows. Didn’t have breakfast. Gym doesn’t have weights or yoga mats or water.

Nice property. Clean. We had a twin room - both the room and bathroom were very small. We put on luggage on the small table and the window ledge. There is very little room to walk and the bottom of the bed sticks out - I cut my leg open bumping it. They control the A/C temp so all you can do is turn it on no or off. Our room was over the street on the 2nd floor. Noise minimal at night but it is an active area during the day. No real closet. No place to put toiletries in the bathroom. The small shower had a half wall as a door so basically the floor would get very wet when someone was showering. Clean. Bed comfy. Ice coffee and tea service with a Nespresso machine and cookies. Great location. 5-10 minute walk to Eustin train/tube stations. Would recommend.
