The entire stay was a pleasure thank you. Friendly helpful staff, lovely clean bedroom, comfortable beds, sufficient tea and coffee. Breakfast was ample and delicious, again greeted by friendly staff. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay with you and if in London again would not hesitate to revisit your hotel. This was our third visit to the Bedford Hotel. The staff were really lovely and the room was clean and well presented. The position of the hotel is ideal for exploring London.

Great stay. Highly recommended. Turned up early and was allowed to check in to my room to freshen-up after a long journey before heading out to meet friends for brunch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed in a single room facing Southampton Row. A bit noisy during the day (there was a protest on though!), but not too bad at night. I always take earplugs with me when I stay at Hotels, so this wasn’t an issue for me. The room was nice and clean, and surprisingly spacious for London! The bed was very comfortable and I had a really good night’s sleep. The location is great too and was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. Will definitely return. Thank you.

The hotel has clearly undergone some extensive renovation work in the past few years and as a result, the interior of the building, particularly the lobby and restaurant areas, were very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. The location was extremely convenient for central London. Unfortunately, I had booked a single room which came with a conjoining door which connected to the next room. Some attempt had been made to seal this doorway, however all they had used was a single board of thin wood to separate the rooms, which offered absolutely no soundproofing. When my neighbour came back to their room, I could hear every word they said as if they were sitting next to my bed and as I tried to sleep, I could hear them loudly scrolling through TikTok until the early hours of the morning. This was not ideal as I had a very early start the next day and this greatly impacted on the quality of my sleep. Additionally, there was no cold water coming from any of the taps in the bathroom – only hot and extremely hot. Although this meant I able to take a shower in the morning, there was unfortunately no cold drinking water available during my stay.

I had a wonderful 3 night stay at Bedford Hotel. The staff were very welcoming, helpful, and happy. As a solo traveler, I booked a single room and was assigned room 101 upon arrival. The room was ready when I arrived at 9am which I greatly appreciated!! It was small but exactly as pictured on Hotels.com, so there were no surprises. My only complaint is that the walls were thin enough to hear conversations in the hallway and the room next door. Didn’t bother me as I packed my ear plugs! Overall a very good stay.

Room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. Great location with tube stations and bus stops nearby. One complaint is the hotel's thin walls. I could hear everything in the next room (for example, the fact that Andy's companions were upset with him for peeing on the toilet seat).
