Right to the rescue

A great stay that came in clutch after our planned stay fell behind The fact that they opened the doors to us allowed us to go explore a lot of london We do hope to come here again, and explore even more!

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculate. Very quiet too. Breakfast was perfect. I left a bracelet in my room when we checked out,I didn't realise,it was found and returned to me. I'd definitely recommend and stay here again ☺️

Great Location

The location of this hotel is great - lots of restaurants and transportation close by. The room we were in was small and the bathroom was TINY!! The beds were comfortable enough and the room was serviced daily. The food offered at breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular. The lack of a common area to visit with our travel companions was a negative.

Comfort inn is in a convenient location, accessible to other locations that had to be visited doing our stay, some staff were courteous and welcoming, however facilities were lacking , no irons in the room, no water in the room where there was tea condiments , no facilities in building where I could have purchased any thing or even water if I needed, I was told, my pregnant self, I needed to go to the Waitrose close by at 1am in the morning to get water if I needed it, no phones in the room to call for assistance if needed, breakfast was not as expected, it’s not the hotel’s fault but too many kids touching stuff at breakfast.

Comfort Inn Hyde Park appears to be in a building converted into a hotel from a different use. In doing so, the hotel did everything possible to fit as many rooms as possible into as small a space as possible. As a result, the rooms are unbelievably small - forget US standards, the rooms are small even by European standards. The building and rooms show their age. The hotel provides continental breakfast, which is edible, but do not expect much. Most of the bakery items (breads, packaged croissants) were stale. The bathroom, of course, was also very small and poorly designed. The sink is so small that you cannot wash your face without getting the floors wet. The shower ran out of shampoo / soap, which was not replaced. There was, however, good water pressure, good hot water. On the positive side, the hotel is located in a safe and pleasant area that is close to two tube stations (within 5 minute walking distance). The staff are friendly and helpful.

Comfort Inn Bayswater

Was lovely hotel with 24hr reception. Room basic but nice.. TV, bathroom/shower and kettle. Bed very comfy. Complementary breakfast was basic continental but was ok. Only complaint was the dining room was so small… it was too small which let it down Near to Bayswater and Queensway Tubes and plenty of shops/cafes etc nearby. Opposite Kensington gardens and Hyde park. We chose it because we were going to a festival in Hyde Park and could get the bus there.

A great value, little hotel within walking distance of Queensway, Bayswater and Notting Hill tubes, and opposite Hyde Park. We stayed a couple of nights. The room we stayed in was small as described, but clean, with a comfortable bed plus tea and coffee facilities. Reception were super friendly and always greeted us on my way out or in. Would definitely stay at this hotel again
