Hotel was perfectly located, check-in was easy and reception was very friendly. Room & bathroom were spotless. I like that I was able to close and lock a door between my bedroom the main door to the room. Comfortable bed & loved the kitchenette; Britta filtered water on tap, mini fridge contents included & a modern coffee machine/kettle.

Our whole experience was fantastic. Simple check in, very friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location. You can store luggage before you check in or after check out without any concerns. The rooms were brilliant with enough facilities to get you by, while the location puts you in the middle of a restaurant or cafe for any meal you could want. The tube is at the end of the road.

This hotel is located in an excellent area, close to the underground station for local and international travel. We literally rolled our suitcases to get there. We were also able to hop on the underground train to get to other locations very easily. The staff was very helpful. I had to teach a class in the middle of the night (California time), and they helped me to find a location that was quiet and would not bother the other guests. Also, I left one of my items in the hotel room. They called me and helped me to make arrangements to have sent to Amsterdam, my next location. The rooms are cozy. The shower was great, even though it was a bit small. There were free snacks in the refrigerator. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
