Modern hotel located right next to Tube Station (Aldgate) with clean, quiet and comfortable rooms that have wonderful views! London Tower and Tower Bridge are within walking distance and there are many great pubs and shops in the surrounding area. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making our anniversary stay at your hotel special and memorable!

I arrived earlier than the designated check-in and I was accommodated. The room was clean and well appointed, if not a little small - but reasonable by London standards. There was a faint smell of smoke (cigarette) and cleaning products but otherwise really clean and comfortable bed. Would definately book again!

This property was great! Everyone was so polite and professional, and the restaurants were great. We really enjoyed the bar on the rooftop, and the room was lovely. The rainfall shower was fantastic. The only negative was there is no elevator at this train stop so you have to carry up all of your luggage up the two stairs if you're coming from the underground. Luckily, the stop is next door though.

I have no complaints about this hotel. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and bathroom was perfect for what I needed. Temperature was great! Staff was very helpful. We had a drink in the restaurant and it was satisfactory. Next to Aldgate station. Steps from the front door. I got a Latte at the Black Sheep coffee stand between hotel and Aldgate station, everyday. Walking distance to The Tower, Tower Bridge and from there you can walk to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Very convenient and comfortable!
