This is not a hotel that I will stay at again. It is a certain type in a certain area. The only good point is that it is an easy walk from St. Pancreas. There are no facilities to speak of. There are no lifts, I had 3 flights of dirty stairways to climb. The communal areas are all dirty, the carpets are disgusting. I was disturbed during the night by drunks coming and going to the neighbouring rooms and there is no sound proofing. There is also no way to lock the door from the inside. They finally settled down about 3:20am. They seemed to be playing some sort of game hiding each others keys (yes I could hear everything they said). The room was small, clearly built on a budget, I had to run around in the shower to get wet. There was a 'bedside' lamp in the room but that was unusable with a broken shade and there was a notice in the room urging you to keep your valuables in the room safe, but this was on its side broken. Next time I use Eurostar I'll pay the extra £50 and stay in a civilised hotel.
It's an ideal spot to stop in if you need somewhere for overnight and you're catching the Eurostar the next morning

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We stayed for 2 nights. We had 2 rooms with ensuite bathroooms, one which was much smaller than the other despite paying the same price. The rooms were clean and the showers were hot, so served our purpose. The rooms were a little dated and could do with a refurbishment. The staff were friendly, pleasant and very helpful. We don't come to London much, but if we did we would use the hotel again.
Small hotel close to Eurostar train station, and the metro station. Basic accommodation, the room was a bit small, but appropriate for the price. But was a bit surprised they charged for luggage storage on checkout day.

Nice little hotel
Staff were very friendly and check in was quick and easy. The room was small and basic, but perfectly acceptable. Ideal location for the Eurostar as it’s literally 9 minutes walk.
After getting tubes from heathrow to get to kings cross i needed a place to just sleep before my train in the morning and this is basically over the road (5min walk with ruck sacks)
Bed, private shower, kettle was there about 4 hours and just slept. Staff helpful

Decent for an affordable hotel. I was able to store my luggage in a reception hall before check in, and I mostly stayed in my room once i checked in. The floor was rather worn in my room and had chips in the planks. The bed was fine, but the room was quite dusty. I could hear conversations in nearby rooms and snoring from other guests. Be aware that the hotel is very close to Kings Cross, and so there was much noise from local construction and musicians near the station. Checking in and out went smoothly, and the paid breakfast was adequate.
