Very unorganized!!!!
I booked on hotels.com prepaid and paid hotel directly for upgrade. I had receipts via emails. Cumberland hotel staff ignored receipts and tried to double bill. No upgrade despite platinum status and extra fee. I spent 70 usd calling from USA to arrange airport pickup and 3 days of calling WhatsApp did not work no one returned calls to arrange . Finally someone did ! Contracted car service is lovely btw. Bartenders have no idea what a Kir Royal or a White Russian is. Then I personally ordered a car for pickup with concierge and they never ordered it a complete mess!
Hotel is ok staff are young and ill trained. I do not recommend purely based on service too bad good location.
