We booed a 2 x double bedded room which was a type clearly shown on ebookers at the time we booked (they have now removed this type). When we arrived we were told room type did not exist and we could only have a room with one bed . Staff and supposed manager were rude and unhelpful. Complained to ebookers and received a poorly written and nonsensical reply from someone who clearly could not write in English.

Positiv: Near to the Underground station. Staff are friendly. Negative: Not very clean. No heating in the rooms.

ES waren Perfekte 3 Tage, das Service Personal sollte besser einen anderen Job suchen ohne Menschen kontakt.

Super zentral, mann hat 2 Minuten bis zur Underground Station, hat auch viele Markets und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, das Personal freundlich.

Das Zimmer und inbesondere das Bad haben übel gerochen. Keine richtige Lüftung. Das Zimmer wurde nur auf Aufforderung gereinigt und dann unvollständig… das Frühstück war eher mager. Im Vgl. z. B. zum hervorragenden Ibis Berlin Spandau leider enttäuschend!
