Good but could have been more

Overall it was good. The issue was parking in the hotel car park with the barriers not able to go up. We circled London bridge looking for a space until we came back to the hotel and another member of staff was able to manually open the barriers to let us in. The room was good. The shower wasn’t clean and had the previous hotel stayers hair on the wall. Okay value for money but the customer service could have been a little more knowledgeable as they said the car park was full when there was clearly a lot of spaces available

The hotel had a very unique atmosphere, it was clean and had good decor. The bedroom was spacious and a comfortable temperature, with very comfortable bedding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty.

Nice hotel, close to Bankside

Stayed for one nite, the hotel decor was very unique, cinema/movies style, very much to my liking. the room was clean and perfect for our stay, the bed was very comfortable and although our window faced a busy street we heard no noise whatsoever with the windows closed and the blackout curtains really did keep the light out. We had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast was a continental style and very good at that. We didn’t use the parking facility as it was fully booked but did find a cheaper place to park a short walk away.
