Good morning Renate,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about your stay at ibis Styles Southwark.I do apologies about the issue you had with the air cooler in your room. I have passed your comment to our maintenance team and I can assure you that we are looking into as we do take on board all our guest's feedback. As per standard of ibis Styles we do not have hand towels in the room however, I am sure the reception team would have been more than welcome to bring you more towels but also, a hand towel.Please feel free to request it next time, if you give us a second opportunity.
